2. Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Shorten URLs that link to illegal, adult, spam, or malicious content (malware, viruses).
  • Use automated systems, bots, or PTC (Paid To Click) services to generate fake traffic.
  • Click on your own shortened links to generate revenue artificially.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or advertisement skip timers.
  • Engage in any activity that violates Google AdSense Program Policies or other advertising partner policies.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings without notice.

3. Earnings and Payments

Publishers are paid for genuine traffic directed to their shortened links.

  • Earnings are calculated based on valid, unique views from real human users.
  • Payments are processed according to the payout schedule detailed on our Payout Rates page.
  • We reserve the right to audit traffic before releasing payments. Invalid traffic will be deducted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkMoney, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
